I'm not going to tell you whats the best simply cause I don't have one but first two that come to mind are turbohorsepower's kit and STS's rear mounted twin kit. There were more in development but I haven't heard anything in several months. If you want more options look at some of the single kits.

the kit on the shadrach special edition is probably the best. good luck finding one, i believe it is custom. google search "modded mustang shadrach"

Hellion doesn’t make a twin for the 3v unless it just became available. The only twin kits that aren’t custom made are as Tim said the conventional kit from ThurboHorsepower and the rear kit from STS. I prefer the TurboHorsepower kit but you need to check out the web sites. Give Jim Napier a call at TH and he will answer all your questions, he has been great to work with.
