Default painting chrome

for some reason i got the idea that it might look good to paint the chrome on my front grille body color. heres a pic of what it looks like now:
what do you think??? ill try and get the guys at the chop shop to help.

LOL i painted my chrome pony black and it looks good! Then of course my front is all smoked/ blackout. I just cleaned it then layed the base 3 times then waited then clear coated. Looks sweet and has not chipped yet.

yeah it will be unique. this is where i got the idea from. i dont know mabye my mind just associated the fog lights and then it clicked or something.
