my car is in the shop right now but i need to know if it is still under warranty. i have the VIN but is there a number i can call to check to see if the warranty still exists?

Under 36k or 3yrs from when you (or whoever) purchased it new your under warrenty.

 

If it's in the shop, called the dealer. They will tell you. That's the first thing they look at. How they are going to get paid.

 

Maybe he has an extended warrenty.

 

thats a easy answer. The dealer has the info on your warrenty in there computer just talk to them
