It used to be doing the wax was the hard part. Now with liquid wax, it's much easier than all the prepping these bright colors need!
You have to make sure all those little black specs are gone before applying a coat or 2 of wax. They can really stand out in the right light.

In all honesty if its a natural wax then you should have no problems. I like carnuba natural wax, it still allows the paint to breath. Avoid any wax that is chemical based, it may look good now but over time it could harm the paint more than it protects
Huh? Since when are paint finishes natural? Chemicals over chemicals IMO, that's like saying synthetic motor oil won't allow an engine to run properly and can cause damage because they're not petroleum based.

Meg's NXT here...............you can see the results
I like the results from the Meguiar's NXT as well, but the stuff is such a damned dust magnet. I doubt I'll buy another bottle of it. Other waxes I use give just as good results and don't attract so much dust out of the air.

Yea, that's and old wives' tail for old wives. Carnuba is the hardest wax if you like armSTRONG waxing. I prefer the easy stuff. And because it is EASY, I will do it more often.

Probably gonna get bashed for this but I can't believe the finish I get from Zaino products. I use Z5 and Z2 (including the ZFX kit) on my car and both of our Harleys and I have always been amazed by the shine and how smooth the finish feels.

Like anything else you have to start with a smooth base though.
