on my way to school today i saw a s197 white roush and we were even and both floored it i probably had a couple cars at him by the time we hit 100. i got my parking spot at school and saw the same roush and saw the kid get out of it... he showed me what was under the hood.. a stock v6 engine everything stock.. i dont get why people dress their stangs up like this and dont have anything to back up the look kind of poser if you ask me. as mcuh as i like having a whole "family" of people with s197's... for some reason i was kind of mad at how many kids i saw with the new stang body at school this semester. last year just me and one other, this year about 20 of them...i felt special being one of the only ones i guess i didnt buy the car to blend it.. just letting off some steam[&o]

To each their own.... But its pretty lame to spend that cash instead of putting it towards a supercharger imo.

I remember reading somewhere that roush was doing a v6 version.....unless you get the supercharged stage 3 or 427R a roush has the same powertrain we do in the GT's.

roush stage sport, 1 and2 are GT's with a body kit, runs slower with all the weight. looks great though

1) wasnt in the school zone the school is right off a nice windy 2 lane hwy (694) if anyone in minnesota is familiar.
2) i got a speeding ticket in a school zone a few years back at night not even during school hours. on my record its under (serious speed) it was only a 45 in a 30 too... cops dont like seeing that.
3)no emblems at all no roush emblems no gt no tribar emblem.. looked very nice.. i have a white s197 too so i was jealous but at the same time kind of frowning upon the no performance mods.

If it has a Roush plate with a Roush serial # its OK to badge Roush.
No record of Roush even seeing his Stang and Roush emblems are
for Suckas who didnt buy a Roush but wanted one. Sounds like
a poser to me and should be labeled as one.
