Default RE: Fuel pump issues

Welcome and congrats on everything. I just read through the thread. It seems your tune and everything has gotten better through the process. A few things, in that 1 dyno, your tune was actually for 11.0:1 - don't go by what the numbers say, look at the graph, the target line is tuned into 11.0:1. Just an FYI, that is a little rich but some tuners do that and try to advance the timing a little more - not good. Your tune looks much better now. That last dyno power and torquelooked like crap though, I don't think I'd go back there. Notice at the top where it said SAE smoothing 5? They might need to apply a little smoothing to see the line better but 5 is way too much, plus the power was dropping and the numbers seemed out of wack. The good news is you got a good A/F log over the pull and it looks good. By the way, the car looks great too! -Joe

Default RE: Fuel pump issues

jbailer: Thanks for the post and comments. I'm not sure what the problem was with the last dyno but it did tell me what I really wanted to know, my AF was looking good and the fuel pumps were installed correctly. I won't be going back to that shop thats for sure. Your car looks pretty sharp too.

Default Small updates

Just some updates... Installed B&M Hi-Tek cooler connected to tranmission. Installed an overdrive water pump pulley. Fixed my fuel pump issues. Added the silver mirror covers. I'm still waiting for my Ford Racing springs to come in. ( still hurting for some wheels )

Some sound clips for your listening pleasure.

There is some good information on the pump actuator or boost bypass posted by HaneyMotorsport.com at https://mustangforums.com/m_4145243/tm.htm
