I have a 2006 GT, My Shaker 500 Multi-Disk CD Player has been used only a hand full of times, as of putting a CD in and out. Right now, I have two CD's in. I tried to put a new CD in today and it would not take the CD. Then an ERROR came up that said "CD ERROR." Now I get no movement out of the CD player. Everytime I hit the CD button, LOAD OR EJECT, the error message apprears. Any ideas? Note, "ST" appears in under the blank 4th CD picture on the LED screen next to what the radio station is on. 1-3 CD'sare listed, but there is only two CD's in the player.

 

Take it back to the dealer and get a replacement. The changer is shot.

 

I had the same issue with my shaker 500. Took it into the dealer, they replaced the unit with no hassles. They told me its a common issue with these units.
