does the roush or saleen have factory warranty or is the warranty thru them .

Warranty is strictly through any authorized Saleen/Roush dealer that does the install. Anotherwords you cannot take it to any Ford Dealership for "Drivetrain related warranty issues". If you have anything beside drivetrain than you can take it to any Ford Dealer.
