CS as in California Special or Carroll Shelby?
The hood scoop on the Cali is not part of the CS package but instead is an option you can order on any GT. I'm sure Ford has a part number for it if you wanted to buy it separately.

California Special, but I seen the guy again today and he has the scoop off a 2002 mustang on his CS. It is much wider than the one on yours. Thanks for the reply...
