Default Runaway RPMs

Hello All,

Last I wrote I had a problem with my 05 dying when sitting at idle.

Ford replaced the entire throttle body assembly. The dying issue
has been resolved!

Now, when accelerating, between gears, my rpm's do not drop as fast
as it should. If I shift at 3k, it will hang up at 3k for about 3 seconds.
Way too long if you're trying to get up and go.

Been told by Ford I'll have to live with it.

Got any ideas?

Thanks

+1

get a cai + tune combo and you should
be happier, with the rpms and how they
drop. it's never really perfect, but it does
get improved
