just a few to get you started:
Popping noise from front suspension - fixed at dealers
gas tank usually won't fill up, keeps shutting off - ongoing problem, even with gas tank replacement it may still occur
Shaker 500 has multiple potential problems, each 2005 has its own problem
Interior leak in some models
door window's could scratch aftermarket tint...

my alternator went out at 30K but thats it really. then power windows on both sides stopped working, no biggie. and the gas tank thing sucks. wont fill up all the way without stopping at least 10 times.

Stay away from the 05s.
They had the extra capacity underdash water dispenser
and unprotected Smart Junction Box. Pull the door
sills and look under the carpets up front for telltale
signs on interior water leakage. Open her up for the
first time some hot day and see if it smells of mold.

i must be lucky because other than finding a spare door bolt from the factory rolling around inside my fender, i have had no problems whatsoever, however mine is a canadian version so it was probably built with more love and affection
