idk, IMO the red doesnt match the torch red, which would bother me, soyou couldnt get red with red. And also, my friends black gt with the red leather, just seems to get dirty really fast and since its not real leather, its fading to a blackened red. as with the red carpet

 

NO! You aren't nuts, haha. I LOVE my red interior and I wouldn't have it any other way if I ordered a new one. I don't have red exterior, but still here's some pics of the inside:
