Hood Liner necessary on fiberglass hood?

Hood Liner necessary on fiberglass hood?
Just hada Cervini Ram Air Hood #1171 installed on my Mustang. However, the fiberglass hood does not come with a hood liner. Is it necessary to have a hood liner put on a fiberglass hood and if so, what is the best way to install one? Thanks
