I need to chime in here because there's a lot of false info from people who don't know how to buy cars. If you really want to get a GT at a great price, get a used 05. If you look hard enough, you can find a used 05 GT in the 20k mile range for 18k. I saw a legend lime on cars.com three weeks ago for $17,200 (clear title). 0% financing is nice but 0% financing isn't worth the extrra 8k or more you'll spend on a new 07 with barely anything different than the 05. If you want to go 06, I've seen a tungsten gray with 30k miles for $18,700. All these cars cheaper than new v6s.

In fact, here's one right here in 30 seconds of searching.

ORIGINAL: alloutt

remember to buy a 5spd
Wish I did! Actually, I couldn't , made a deal with an '06 leftover, it was auto.......thinking of trading in for an '08 manual, abandoned the idea, I'd lose too much money.

Look for an '07 leftover, negotiate a good deal, but be prepared to buy a car that doesn't have everything you want. (Like me with an auto trans.)

Otherwise, if you can afford full price, order exactly what you want!

Thanks again for the replies everyone....bad news, there isn't an 07 vista blue pony in Ontario right now with anything close to the options I want! Looks like I'll be waiting for next year now. That's ok.....it'll give some more time to lay down a down payment....here's hoping for 0% financing in 08[:@]
