Assuming your tire pressure is at least 32 psi, perhaps it's not the tires going out of round. It could also be condensation build up within the tire, the water settling to the bottom of the tires and making them feel out of round, or out of balance. After several miles and warming, the condensation eitherre-distributes evenly throughout the tire or revaporizes.

when you start to roll, and really start going.. the water will be evenly displaced anyways.. so you wouldnt feel it.. thats why theres that mith of puttin BB's in truck tires to balance them.. remember.. ITS A MITH.. dont try... it doesnt equal having balance tires..

Bias plys are notorious for that. I have noticed it on my stock BFG's on occasion, too. Whatever...

Hes right. The Perellis do this. Mine have frome day one. Im not sure why, but it does seem to be a little worse when its cold. Im guessing its becaue the tires are a soft compound to grip better. Dont worry. Its normal.

Yes, for whatever reason, the stock Pirellis do this! Mine have over 20,000 miles on them and just about every day, the steering wheel shakes slightly for the first few miles as if the tires are out of balance then it goes away. The tires have nothing visually wrong and I rotate them regularly. They must have a soft rubber compound or something. I remember posts on this quite a while ago.

they will be more prone to having flat spots on them after sitting when it is cooler weather. mine will do the same thing, but after a about ten miles or so it goes away

I put Goodyears on the front.
If the balance on the Pirelli's is not EXACT, the steering wheelwill shimmy.
I had the Pirelli's rebalanced twice and it still shimmied.
Pirelli's are junk. IMO.

Edit: And neither Pirelli or the dealer would do anything about it. Imagine that.

It doesn't happen if you have nitrogen instead of air. I have had mine sit for two weeks or more with no problems.
