Define hook-up.
Where to mount it?
Where to put the sending unit?
Electrical or mechanical?
Does it have backlighting you need help with hooking up?
Define hook-up.

I put the sending unit in the plug on the driver's side of the block, beneath the exhaust manifold. It's a small brass plug threaded into the block. Make sure you have whatever you're putting in there ready to go as soon as you remove the factory plug! When that plug comes out, you'll only lose about 8oz or so of coolant, but it's all at once Don't forget the little copper crush ring or it will leak - I know this from personal experience
