Default Ducktail Idea (photoshop)

Ever since the BMW Z4 came out, I've always liked how they did the smooth and aggresive ducktail:

I Photoshopped what it might look like if this ducktail were available for purchase:

What do you guys think? think this is do-able?

the way I imagine it, is the same as the rest of the ducktails, only raised in the center 3 feet, to give it that "swoop" look.

Another rag-tag PS:

I think it's possible but may cost a decent amount of money to get it fabricated for a stang

Ok, well what I was thinking was I could give the body shop a ducktail spoiler, ask them to mold it in, and then tell them to "add a bit" to make it look like a Z4 style...

But what to add? Would they Bondo it? Could they add more urethane to fit on the middle?

Bondo would be used to make something smooth out (so it flows better over corners and crease)... so I dunno that a ducktail would work. They would more then likely use fiberglass as you can mold it into any shape

So you think I could give them the spoiler, my idea, and some fiberglass, and they could create what I imagined?

What do you think they'd charge for such a job?

Also, would any shops really do this type of work? Because I've been turned down by paint-shops for much simpler work than this (Painting Mirrors)

Also, is working with fiberglass dificult?

I mean, I could make the spoiler myself...from the cervinis ducktail I have sitting in my trunk.

all you would have to do is give them the spoiler if that.... they would cover everything else then bill you later for it. Fiberglass is hard to work with and takes up a lot of time so labor would be expensive... you need to find a shop that does custom fabrications in your area for such a job. Is this something that you're really considering? I thought you were asking out of pure curiousity.

It's cool. I can respect that.

But do you think it's possible to make a custom one with a cervinis spoiler, fiberglass and other materials?
