Personally, if you eventually intend to boost a vehicle, and then go through the motor-- I would consider either 2 or 3. The 2v engines are cheaper to build, but generally arn't as responsive to mods as the 3v engines are. All depends on what you want, and what body style you like best.
If I go choice 3, no force induction will happen, just slowly full bolt-ons. Not sure about #2. I probably will either go full bolt-on or supercharger right away with that choice. Might notdo supercharger b/c ofreliability though.
