Destroyed
Don't sweat it rignt now, get yourself better and go slow with the fix up, you can always replace with stock take off part to be cheaper and well if it isn't totalled and your ok it should be alright in the end.
I wouldnt touch it until insurance looks at it. you can always make a deal to keep your parts if it is totaledbut there insurance should pay to put it back where it was. if you put the stock stuff that isnt hurt back on it then you wont get reimbursed for the damaged parts.
Looks like you will have to sue...
I wouldn't hesitate with a busted up shoulder.
As for the @sshole that ran the light, I hope someone does the same to him and kill him on the spot. DRT!

I would ****ing kill them! I'm not joking. I'd wait a year, make sure there are no witnesses and rid this world of someone that clearly fails at life anyway.
They will fine them and revoke their license if they have one, but that won't stop them from doing it again.

As for insurance, the one who caused the incident didnt have any. I'm sure he's getting a lot of trouble for that from the police, but doesnt help my situation much. I'm not a very litigous person. If the structural damage isn't too horrible, it looks like I'm stuck with my mustang **** rigged for a season. There's no doubt I will have to get something new come spring. I'm just not sure what that might be or what I'll want to/will be able to part out
Thanks for the support

Really sorry to hear that.
(I dont usually say this, but) SUE Them since they dont have insurance. make sure you get the money that is owed to you at least to teach them a lesson about insurance, cause that is one thing that pisses me off. I wish you luck with it though, and glade you are alright overall.
