As long as yo have receits for your aftermarket stuff they must replace it if you can prove it was on the car & damaged.

Check with your insurance company. You may have "Uninsured motorist" coverage, as many states require it. If so, they should take care of any damage. Here in CO. insurance is required by law (and most states), but so is uninsured motorist coverage. Doesn't make much sense!! Good luck with everything.

I'm sorry to hear about your car. I heard that if you get any aftermarket parts and let the insurance company know (most likely they will ask for receipt too) they will cover those parts as well, but there's gonna be a slight increase in the insurance cost. For example a supercharger would probably bump it up by 10 percent or so.

 

I also have an unpainted dash kit from wood dash experts (iirc) ordered through MRT

That Sucks man...Sorry for your loss...But look at iton the bright side he could have hit your driver side door and who knows what would have happened to you....+1 on taking this morons licence...Driving uninsured is stupid enough but running red lights while being uninsured? cmon put the ******* in jail and make him pay for the damages.....
