Well that sucks!! I should have waited about a year. $220 seems expensive though. I think I paid $70 for it without that shell.

 

Yes, $220 seems high, but I can get the Shelby upper and lower grill for about the same price as just the upper grill from CDC. That's why I'm trying to find out what the quality of the piece is before ordering. Too bad none of the localForddealers have aShelby GT or I would just stop in and look at it. The closest dealer with one is about 45 miles away.

Anyway, I love the look of theCS model as well as the GT-H (even moreso than the GT500 - personal opinion), thus the reason I ordered the CS front and rear fascia as well as the side scoops. I also wanted the fog light delete from the upper grill, while still retaining fog lights (in the lower grill opening). My car is black and I think the black grilles would look great with those pieces. Also thinking about the matte black stripes, sort of a GT-H look except all black.

 

i bought the one from v6mustangstuff.com a couple weeks ago. it was only about 180 i think and it replaced the whole factory foglamp grill and fit like oem. only thing is it didnt come with the stupid pony tri bar thing that is on the picture!! but the quality is great! definitly recommend it.

 

Thanks for the input, v6mustangstuff.com? I didn't realize that someone else sold that housing/grill combo....at a better price to boot. I looked at the site and sure enough, they have it, but I couldn't see the lower grill or any options in black.
