Default Convertible Cleaning...

So I gave my vert a waxing the other day and I didn't realize until today that I got some dried up wax around the plastic base. It's buffed in there and soap and water doesn't seem to get it out. Does anyone have any suggestions to clean this stuff up?

The wax is in the spot circled below.

I've done this myself and had the same problem. I used vinyl top cleaner and conditioner to get it off.
