Shift knob dumb question

Great. Let me know if you find out. Are the threads in your shift ball right at the bottom or recessed inside the ball further?
Tap handles just have a few threads and will not fit into anything deeper - the threads of the **** need to be right at the edge.

I don't think so. US faucets are 3/8-16. But that's what a Hurst **** is, right?

A white (or even blacK) hurst **** would look cool as well. I'm definitely keeping this in mind when I build my wetbar.
