RE: Sequential light question
meter4it is definately the best set out there......the chase pattern looks damn sexy.....had a cop pull up to me yesterday afteri made a turn on a light he was stopped at.....he took off and pulled up beside me......i thought he was going to say something about my limo tint on my windows(that were half-way rolled down).....i tried not to make eye contact as he darted up beside me at the next light......he yells "Hey!"......I was thinking here it comes......i look over and he says "Those are some bad-*** tail lights you've got there" haha that made my week

RE: Sequential light question
Is the car in question a 2005? The kits are different for the 05 to early 06's. Hence why the late 06+ kits cost so much more. I can't answer your question about the filling the hole though, sorry. I have the silverhorseracing harness in mine. And pascal, what were you talking about on your shaker trim ring? On the stock hood or on your aftermarket hood. I thought with the hood you have now you don't need the trim ring anymore?

RE: Sequential light question
Wow, this thread makes me happy that I bought my sequentials from WebElectric. They included a new factory grommet on the factory-like harness and were truly 'plug and play'. I'm sorry your having this much trouble on what should be an easy mod.
Good luck and I hope you get it worked out.

RE: Sequential light question
Why don't you need a trim ring on the Foose hoodand you need it on the OEM?
It looks like sh#t on both cases if you don't have it.
CDC tells you that you don't need with my hood because they don't want to engineer one, pure and simple.
People that don't have a clue buy it, not me.
Here's a picduring the install with andwithout it...

RE: Sequential light question
Because the hole is molded into the hood, theres no need for the trim ring if the cut out is sealed. As you can see in your first picture. When you cut the stock hood. You have 2 sheets of metal just flopping there.
