RE: Methanol Injection with the whipple
I'm sure it works fine, but without a forged motor then what's the point. Meth isn't going to keep you from breaking a rod. Also it is well known that you need a larger throttle body and even blower inlet to really benefit from more boost.
Someone said the motor let go at 17psi on that car. While that's impressive for the stock motor, i wouldn't consider that to be normal.
Of course if anything happens to your meth at WOT the engine is done. I thought about using it on the non-intercooled kit, but it seemed like to much of a hassle in the end.

I had the snow performance stage 2 meth kit I was going to install on my car but I had a few tuners tell me not to use it since mine wasn't really a track car so I just ended up selling it. I'm sure you will find some people on here who love it and swear buy it. I guess it depends on what you have done and what you plan on doing with the car.

i have the methanol. Its great for the higher octane (pull more timing) and cooling benefits. I also have 2 LED light to tell me if everything is working properly. Green for Go, Red for Stop
