somtimes you don't have the option to change to a wider rim (because they don't make a wider variety) and besides wider rims reduce preformance on the street by increading rolling resistance.

Wheel spacers are great.. under 1 inch, props to this guy.

Most all rims offered come in various sizes so finding the right width usually is not a problem and just becuase a rim is bigger means nothing about wieght....there are 20s that wiegh just as much if not less than the 18s

There are a few pictures of cars with the 99-04 offset wheels...if thats the look you want, buy those rims, don't get spacers...

I know of people who race on spaced-out wheels and swear by the spacers. I know others who swear they are the work of the devil.

I don't have any spacer experience on a Mustang, but when my wheel and tire choices settle down, I expect to try some to snuggle them up to those fender lips a little closer, if needed.

H&R makes and sells some excellent items, and among them are wheel spacers:

I have heard they manufacture the spacers found on eBay to the same specs and on the same machines.

Why do you want spacers so bad....you can see in the pic directly above that a 24 mm offset fits pefectly and there are tons of wheels to choose from with that offset as its the previous gen mustangs size.....anything more than that would look rediculous really
