Thanks guys... after I picked them up today and realized how many different parts there were,it really looks like a daunting task. I know its probably pretty straight-forward, but I hope I can put my finger on a step-by-step guides here somewhere. If you know of any please post, otherwise I'll just search!

Thanks for the luck !!1

how much of a discount did you get? what was the total cost for all of it?
I acquired the parts through Piedmont Modular Performance. The owner of PMPknows the local Ford Parts Manager so I got taken care of quite nicely. I highly recommend PMP for s197 projects and parts. Very reputable, knowledgeable, and honest guys.

People built clone Saleen and Roush Mustangs all the time so this is no different. Good luck on your conversion and don’t forget to post pictures.

You don't see too many convertibles with this mod, I can't wait to see it done. I think when I get tired of looking at my car, even after the upcoming mods, I might do the same GT500 makeover. I'll be putting the rear GT500 wing on mine when I'll get it painted... that's a start, right? Good luck with the project.

you should find a v6 mustang and tell the owner you'll switch side skirts for free.
