hmmm.... zip ties instead of rivots? That scares me. I guess I'll see whenI get to that point.

If I don't truly need the rivot gun, is it accurate that all I will really need is a 10mm socket and a screwdriver?

These you will need for sure but some basic home hand tools will be used as well. I just listed the major. And dont be afraid of the zip tie. Your markers will slide into the tab and the zip ties will keep them in place only. Ive had them for 10 months in temps ranging from 40 - 105 degrees. Dont be scared. Youll probably need a small drill to pop out your oem markers from the oem bumper, unless you bought some clear corners as alot of people have. It is very easy, just takes a little time. Do take your time though so you dont damage or scratch anything. And it is very rewarding when you see it come together.

Dont forget the 7/32 socket for the cover under your air dam.

does it honestly really matter if his car looks like a gt500? who cares the gt500 body kit looks good.
i guess not until a new camaro comes up next to him and smokes him. then its all over the camaro forums about how hespanked a "gt500" [:@]. I guess im sensitive about that kinda stuff. i also love the front end of the gt500 but i will make my car slightly different if i decided to go that route for that reason. im just stating my opinion.

I do intend to do clear corners... so I might be better off buying them now. Will regular GT clear corners suffice? Which do you recommend?

you should find a v6 mustang and tell the owner you'll switch side skirts for free.
so the gt500 has the same plastic side skirts that some v6s have?

Mellow... waddya think CLEAR corners or SMOKED corners for a black car? Then again if I'm building a clone then why deviate from OEM?
