Default RE: Sequencing tailights...

I posted earlier in this thread regarding my experience splicing the wires. Take out only one taillight at a time so that all of your time is spent getting the first one right.

One piece of advice: There are two red/white wires that you cut and strip; these wires need to be cut much closer to the rubber grommet of the headlight than to the end nearest the plug. The reason is that if when you strip the covering from the wires you accidentally cut off the wire, you won't be left with much, if anything, to do it again. This happened to me and I almost ran out of wire due to cutting the red/white wires too close to the plug.

I installed the kit in about 45 mins. I had a problem with the left light. Only the Inbound light would flash and it was a lose ground connection. Repaired and it works great. I also notice that you need to cut the the Red/White wires further back from the gray connector. Does not give you much room to work with if you make a mistake.

Great mod for $50!!!

You will be much pleased.

If you are like I am, you keep turning your flashers on and walking around to the back of the car to stare at them. But then again, I am facinated by bright shiney flashey light thingies.
