What was all the fuss about?
Recently, on here I have seen several threads talking about doug's service at Bamachips.com and how it takes forever to get a tune. I had gotten a tune a few months ago and thought maybe things had just gotten busy. I just got my 4:10 gears installed and wanted a 93 race tune and within a day I received an email w/ my tune in it! Doug is the man! He always has been imho!

Probably varies based upon Doug's workload at the time. I ordered a new tune from him on the 16th, but still don't have it yet.
Now, I haven't been in the forum complaining about it (or him) either, nor am I now. Just commenting!

Its always taken forever to get a tune from Doug for me. Even after phone calls.
But, last week I ordered a tune and got it within 24 hours... So, maybe things are straightened out.
Either way, the fuss was legit and according to the guy above may still be legit.
