short throw shifter?

What is the "Adjustable stop kit for shifter"?
If you mean for the MGW, here is a pic of the shift stops. The bars top and bottom. They are adjustable by loosening the screws and sliding the bars. That said, really not necessary on our tranny, but a nice fail safe, none the less....
