Regardless of there asking price the market today does not warrant it. Go through there internet department and try for invioce. It can't hurt to try. INVOICE INVOICE INVOICE........ Stick to it. There's a dealer somewere willing to move the unit if your patient enough to find them.

RE: Should I pay FULL MSRP?
Personally I wouldn't pay MSRP for one. The only Stang I would have seriously considered paying MSRP for is a GT500, but when I bought my GT they were going for at least $15k over MSRP and I got my GT at invoice. But if you want one bad enough and that's what they're selling for, that's a decision you'll have to make. I agree with folks who say you should shop around to see if you can get one for less. I'm not that impressed with them either for the price. You could get more with the money by going with a regular GT and mods. Although if having a Bullitt is important to you, it might be worth it.

Markup? Just wait until the Challenger goes on sale. I heard they are only going to produce 40,000 of them (priced @ $37,000) and they already have 60,000 orders. Markup? You ain't seen notin' yet.

The bullit isn't anything special other than the paint color. If you're considering this as a daily, absolutely not. If you're a collector and you're going to let it sit in your garage for 30 yrs, then maybe. Get a GT, CAI+tune, and some new axlebacks. If you actually drive the car, you'll probably save some bank.

RE: Should I pay FULL MSRP?
The bullit is essentially going to be a special color paint job, some custom trim adjustments slightly more power (320hp or so) I think just buying a GT and and painting it to whatever green the original bullit was is a more reasonable way to go.
