Mine is the C&L racer CAI, and it didn't come with that part. It's doing just fine.

Here's a pic. BTW, the two pipe clamps at the throttle body need to have the screws located on the side, not the top of the hose like it is in my picture. I noticed that they were rubbing a hole in the hood liner, so I rotated them around to the side.
