I asked Casper in another thread about the weight requirement, He said if you want to run mobile 1 (full synthetic)
use the 0-20w It covers the required range, and not to thick So when 5000 miles hits, thats what I'm doing.

ORIGINAL: wastang

JC, try heating up the area with a torch to bring the oil to the top. Be careful, dont use to much heat, then as the oil comes up scrub it off with something like Simple Green. Repeat this until the water no longer beads up.
Wastang, thanks, if it doesn't come up after a couple of weeks I'll give it a shot. It's not beading anymore. I'm just glad it was clean oil (Mobil 1). I drank a few beers and it didn't seem so bad. I got a couple of years before I try selling my house it should fade by then.
