Default For all you lowered 'stangs

So... I just got some 18" deep dish anthracite bullitts (18 x 9 all the way around), and I'm on the lookout for tires. Americanmuscle.com recommends using 255/45 R-18 tires for this specific rim, but I'm curious if any of you that have lowered cars are running the same setup or something different. Any info is greatly appreciated! thanks!

I have Roush springs and 255/4518 all around. No problems. Many sizes will work though.

You could get 265's on there with no problem. My front wheels are 18x9 with 265/35/18 tires.

You have any pics of your ride? I'd love to see some.

nope, was told with my modest drop that i shouldn't need one. i've checked the rear alignment and it's pretty much dead on.....it's a good idea to get one, but only required on major drops

I have an adj PHR. When I lowered, the rear shifted to the left. It was especially noticeable when I had 295/45/18 in the rear.

The guys who installed my shocks/springs said I wouldn't need one, but said because my camber angle was now -1.0 from -0.5 (now full camber) I should look into more adjustable components to match the shocks in my car. The rear end was fine though, however, when at a stop and turn lock to lock I hear this clunking noise on the suspension that I didn't before. It doesn't cause any performance issues or everyday use problems so I don't pay any mind.

My drop is 1.8 inches back and front.

I'll try to add some pictures, as my sig pic isn't current.
