Default HELP!! Throwing codes...running lean

Hey guys...I installed a C&L Intake and tuner when I had 1/4 tank of 87 octane. Filled up with 93 AFTER I set the tune for 93 and just threw 3 codes...They are as follows:

P0171
P0174
P1000

I re-installed the 87 octane tune and the CEL went away. But that doens't mean the CEL WON'T come back on. Why am I running lean? (Thats the the first 2 codes said ..not sure about what the third one was)

same codes you get when you put a catless midpipe on, turn off the rear O2s will get rid of the codes, but if you do not have a midpipe then that is odd

I'm going to be putting on my Pypes H pipe in about 2 hours, other than that, I just installed the intake and tune. Could it have anything to do w/ the sensor that plugs into the neck of the C&L (same one that we disconnect from the stock intake) being loose? It was just a HAIR loose and I just pushed it back in and the light went away when I turned the car on. Didn't even "clear codes" w/ the Tuner.

Your octane wasn't high enough.

After you run your tank empty and fill it with 93 AGAIN, then you can use the 93 tune. It won't hurt to install the 93 tune now if you're not gonna go WOT!

Check the MAF sensor, and where the intake connects to the throttle body, it might not be tight enough.

You're going to love the Pypes H. Is that with stock mufflers?

You were at about 91.5 octane before. If you refill now at half a tank with 93, you will be close enough. Your mistake was tuning it with 87 in the tank, then driving it to the station to fill it up. You need to get your fuel right before you tune it.
