I would get the adjustable one just incase you decide on lowering in the future. Did you try to take the bar offto straighten it a bit just to take some pressure off the rest of the parts that are now misaligned. It has to be way off if you had to use your feet to get the LCA to go backin. I have the feeling the sway bar shifted in the accident because it would be shiny not rusted if it just shifted. How long ago did this happen. I would also make sure you didn't bend the axle.
ORIGINAL: Blue 05 Mustang

I hit it hard. I did notice that the rear end is out of alignment. I assumed that that panbar was a little bent but I didn’t expect this. The rear end moved when I remove the drive side LCA, so the sway bar may have moved then. I had a hard time putting LCA back in, I had to use my legs and had a friend put in the bolt.

I Think I going to order an BMR ADJ panbar tommorrow or should I go with a Non adj?

Looks like you were trying to make a Watts link out of it. You must have hit that VERY hard. I'm not sure I would run on that especially after swapping the LCAs. I seriously doubt you bent an axle as you would have really noticed that by now but you might want to check your UCA while you're at it.
