I did it...took me 1 hour and it was fairly cheap (29.99 for s2000 button and 2.99 for a crappy Radio Shack fuse)

chicks love it! I love the fact that it lights up "ENGINE START"

 

mx07GT, what kind of fuse did you buy?

 

Now if only they had a black start button.... like BMW or Jag or even Aston Martins... would look soo much better

 

I like the Ford GT one the best. And like someone else said, it's nice to stay authentic when you can... But it for sure is an awesome mod non-the less.

 

That looks sweet guys. The only thing. I don't want to go down to one power out let. then can't run the FUZZ buster and the cell phone chargers and so on. What do you do for that? Because the other outlet is in the arm rest.

ya I have my radar detector plugged in otherwise id be all over this, maybe I need to run a extension from my radar detector into the one inside the center console or put the push button in there where knowbody can see it...........
