you know you already have change holders inside the center console?

They will only hold about 4 or 5 of each size (nickels, dimes, quarters) but it's easier to get the coins out of those slots than trying to fish around in an ashtray for a quarter for the meter

Those slots are a pita.
For most, a coin holder is more important for receiving than dispensing.
And it's much easier to dump your coins into a ashcup/coinholder than to load those little slots.
Do you just throw your pennies back at the drive thru attendant?
