AC's Busted...

AC's Busted...
My AC fan broke. Well, not all the way but basically the #1,#2, and #3 postions don't work. Only the highest setting works. My car has only 2200 miles on it. Anyone else face this problem before?

Is the AC really busted if it works on high?
And does the blower also effect the heater operation?
So its "the AC and heater is busted"?

Its the speed resistor, not the fan motor.
Its located in the AC plenum. Easy dealer fix.
