who has the 3.90's
i am thinking a good gear for me with the twin screw s/c would be the 3.90's. i like the closeness of the gears and the 4.10 might be too much. what's the best gear manufacturer of the 3.90 and is there any whine!!
I want someone to try Pro 5.0 gears.

"The new 3.90 gears from Pro-5.0 are a great gear to bridge the gap between the ever popular 3.73s and 4.10s. Known as being stronger and quieter than any other manufacturer!"
I'd like to have them.

I ruled out the 3.90 gears solely because they are not offered by FRPP.
I am not super or turbo charged, but I've seen many post that 3.55 and 3.73 gears work well with FI.

I'd stick with 3.73 if going FI. That is unless you're going to spending every weekend/night at the track. You'll wind up so fast that no tire that'll fit on a S197 will give you enough traction.
