This item can be used as "50 state legal" or "off road". to use it offroad, just bolt it in as it appears in the pic.
to use it with the oem cats, remove the necks (where the pipe bends up 45 degrees to meet the exhaust manifold) and weld it in behind your stock cats. *cutting required*
