Obviously I have a 07 gt/cs. Been to the dealer a few times and they have changed out head unit once already. While only listening to FM stations bass and treble will come and go. Stereo will sound great one minute then it will have to much bass then to much treble. CD player sounds great. It tends to be quite irritating. Its almost like FM stereo may be coming and going like mono. Anybody had any experience with this? Thanks guys

would point to an antenna issue, since they
already replaced the receiver

 

Yeah I thought to myself that it was an antenna issue as well. They decided to replace the stereo before they even pulled the car in to troubleshoot the problem. It only took 6 months to get the new stereo which did not help and to boot none of the buttons illuminate at night. They also have not been able to fix the cracking sound the right door makes when you shut it about 30 percent of the time. I think it may be time to choose a different dealer.
