ORIGINAL: 06VistaBlueGT

I have an MGW shifter that I bought a cue-ball shift **** for. It looks great but it is too slippery for hard shifts while racing. (I race just about every weekend). So I've been thinking about either a T-handle or a pistol grip handle. Which do you prefer?
I with ya'. I have the MGW cue ball also and previously had the hurst cue ball. I don't know why everyone likes these slippery sum-biatches!!! (retro-effect maybe?) My hand is constantly slipping off, especially with the new MGW which is larger than the hurst. I liked the MGW at first because it seemed to "fit my hand" better but now after several months with it, itjust seemsharder to grip.

I'm about to just put a MOMO leather wrapped ergo shift grip on and be done with it...

And yeah, I may just pull my stock shift **** back out of the toolbox. My mind is wandering back to the days of a sure GRIP on my shifter. The MGW ball looks REALLY nice though. I'm really split on feel/function and looks. Like everything else on this car. sigh...

I bought the FRPP all leather from the older Cobra's for my MGW. Works just fine.
