2006pony

My 2006 Pony has develped a rattle in the headliner towards the front of the winshield. I was wondering ifanyone on the board has had this problem and what the fix was. Since the topfits like a glove and there is no leakage, I am hesitant to have the dealer play with it. Any potential fixes are appreciated.

I hear mine rattle on one side if the road is bumpy. It does not really bother me. Have you tried to tighten the nut that holds the bracket that the top clamps to?

Mine rattles on the driver's side when driving over bumps.

There is a tsb on it, it tells you exactly how to tell if you will benefit from it, I did it myself and my top is silent over bumps, Its the side cable they used binding and the new cable had a teflon tube it rides in. I did a big write up in the vert section that will tell you how to do it or just get Ford to do it.
