quick question

Default quick question

what do you guys suggest? striping before or after installing the GT500 spoiler? i plan to stripe the spoiler.

before.....then finish it off later so it doesn't look like an after thought. It will be put over top. Remember a car that has been diassembled and painted looks better than a car that has been masked off.

If painting the stripes, I would definitely install the wing first. With vinyl, I would almost say that applying the stripes first would be better. It'll be interesting to see what the experts say.

Vinyl under spoilers and scoops tend to bunch.

Install the spoiler then have the vinyl tape applied.

Otherwise it looks like thespoiler was installed
after the stripes as an afterthought.

Painted stripes, either way would be good.

If you remove the spoiler and there are stripes
painted underneith it will look OK.

A removed spoiler with the painted stripes not
where the spoiler was is not good.
