Question about the Stalker Body Kit

I'm looking into a new body kit for my car and the Stalker caught my eyes. I was wondering if the splitter on the front next to the headlights are on the front bumper or fender?

Thanks, it looks like it's on the fender but I've never seen a fender like that.

Nope, it's the bumper. If you go to their site and click on the picture, a larger version comes up, and you can clearly see the lines. The "vents" are part of the bumper. They move the headlights in slightly, I believe.
