reps really cant do much more...if the dealer has allocation...they have it and if they dont they dont......theres not much you can do...its tough....its tough...everyone wants one....if every person who wanted one wen to a rep and the rep could do something about it...we would...believe me we want to sell cars...especially this one....ive got people waitlisted already for 06's cuz i ran outta 05's and i work for ny states 2nd largest volume dealership

wow.....september...october....not something i wanted to hear. Did they just not see this coming? bringing back retro styling and thinking it still wouldnt sell that well or what? or is it because they probably could use a few more factories pumping these cars out....??? Thats kind of dissapointing but oh well, its not THAT far away. Is there a way you can check if other dealers are over their allocation (Henry Curtis Ford/Mercury in Petaluma, CA) or would i just need to go talk to someone there? My dads close friend was like the second or third guy from the top of that dealership so we always get great deals on Fords but he just went with his friend to open a new Nissan dealership or something so thats another bummer. Its too bad they dont offer a V8 in not GT. The V6 is whats keeping me away from a black ext./black leather int. 5spd manual going for about 19 somthing. (my dream car just about, minus the engine.)

When I ordered mine, I put a $500 deposit. And they never cashed the check. I think $500 is a common number.
