That sucks....sorry to hear that. As far as I know only SCT can do it and from what I've heard, you might as well buy a new tuner for the price. I don't know for sure....just what I've heard.

Did the auction on ebay state that it was unlocked??? If so you have a claim to get your money back. I bought a diablo on there awhile back that the seller stated was in perfect working condition and when I got it, it was locked. I contacted the seller and he gave me a full refund, no questions asked. I would start there but if the auction didn't state the condition or said "as is" you may not be recoupe your money. That is why you always want to ask lots of questions before buying. Good Luck!

Contact SCT and I think they can do it for $150.
