200mph saleen speedo?

RE: 200mph saleen speedo?
I would love a higher reading speedometer, but I only have the 4-face (no oil or voltage gauge). Anyone know of options available for this? All I have been able to find are the white and silver-faced stock 150 mph speedometers.

It's the whole cluster. I just spoke to them. I wanted to know if it retained the MyColor option but they don't believe so. However the back lights are blue so lucky me !! I'm going to order it today.

swapping it out is easy as can be, just 4 bolts and unplug and plug the harness in.....now.....i am not sure if the speedo will be calibrated correctly. Its like getting the GT500 guages which some people have done or even a sixxer getting GT gauges. I do not know if the MPH match up

My speedo goes up to 1.5 million mph.
I have a fluxcapacitor in my car and I can only see it go up to 88 mph but then again that is the speed at which I hit the time travel entrance but once I hit it im pretty sure I get to at least 1.3 mill mph.

Real world experience at high speed
I am one of the members on this forum fortunate enough to live, or rather be stationed... in the country of no speed limits. I was recently traveling from Berlin to Koln and there are some very long, straight, smooth limitless autobahn stretches on that road.
At 120 mph the car is ok, still doesnt feel all that crazy, and is very cruisable (even at 14mpg) but once you start getting any higher the s197 really starts to feel questionable. I have a 06gt withonly a CAI/brenspeed tune for power mods, but at 140 (neer the end of stock speedo)the deficits in our stock shocks/struts are extremely apparent and the car becomes scary, and by 287kph (Rate of speed according to my GPS) any touch of loose gravel, and small imperfection in the pavement sends you on a gut wrenching moment of flotation where you pretty much feel that any twitch of the steering wheel, the gas pedal, or the brakes will mean your death. I coasted my speed back down to 130 after this little escipade before messing with the brakes, I was pretty much a blob of adrenaline and was really afraid of twitching to hard and panicking myself into a gaurd rail, which at that speed would have turned me into a vapor trail
With the cai/tune, at 287kph flowmasters screeming in my ear (Yeah, even flows are loudwith this muchof a load and thepedal floored)I could not get one more ounce of speed from the car, and frankly I would have been scared to. I will be invensting quite a bit of coin in my suspension in the next few months, as well as w rated tires and some other goodies. But my experience say that, even though geared for it the s197 will not reach 200mph without some serious aerodynamic help, as well as severe power upgrades.
Drag limited indeed.
